Friends of The Ivy have agreed to purchase The Ivy Inn in Heddington, subject to contract.
This means that we will soon be in a position to open our Share Offer! We will soon be sending out a Share Prospectus which will detail everything investors need to know in order to purchase shares in the Friends of The Ivy Community Benefit Society (CBS). You can request the share prospectus here.
We would like to thank Wadworth for the co-operative and constructive way in which they have conducted negotiations with us, and the value they have placed on our vision for a Community Hub.
This is a major milestone in the Save The Ivy Campaign, and we are excited to build on this momentum with our impending share offer!
