Investor Relations
Our investor relations section for Friends of The Ivy Limited shareholders has not been launched yet. The section will contain information relating to your shareholding, and will require you to login to a secure area of this website.
You username and password will be emailed out to you in due course, so please let us know if your email address has changed since you purchased your shares. Note that if more than one person is using the same email address, we can only provide access to Investor Relations section to one named shareholder. Please contact us quoting your Unique Reference number (which you’ll find in your share purchase confirmation emails) if you can now provide separate email addresses for each person sharing the same email address.
Can I Sell My Shares?
Community shares are “withdrawable share capital” that do not increase in value and are typically a long-term investment. They cannot be traded like conventional equities, but in some cases, they can be sold back to the society or transferred with Management Committee approval. Under our rules it will not be possible to apply for investments to be returned for at least three years, and even then applications will be subject to the Management Committee’s approval and any HMRC rulings that may apply.
