We’re back to work at The Ivy and would love your help.
There’s a wide range of jobs to tackle throughout the day, listed below, and the more hands we have, the more we’ll be able to get done. If you’re able to bring along any of the items listed under required materials, that would be hugely appreciated.
Thank you in advance for giving your time and support—it will make a real difference.
Removal of rest of equipment from existing kitchen and cleaning of the kitchen
Required tools/materials
Floor mop, cloths, sponges, general tools (screwdrivers, spanners, pliers, etc).
A ladle, funnel and container would also be useful for draining and disposal of old cooking oil!
Supplied tools/materials
Hi Viz, Hard Hat, Gloves, Facemasks
Removal of loose brickwork and rendering from back room fireplace
Required tools/materials
Chisel and Lump hammer

Timings
9:30am: Arrive at the main site entrance at The Ivy to be signed in and granted access.
PPE Requirements
You will be required to wear the following personal protective equipment for these tasks. Any items in bold you will need to provide yourself, all other items will be provided by Friends of The Ivy Limited:
- Hi-Viz jacket
- Safety Helmet
- Stout footwear

Caution when moving outside, digging machinery may be in action.
