Purchase Community Shares: PHASE II
We are pleased to announce that a second ‘Phase II’ share scheme is now available and you can again apply for Community Shares in Friends of The Ivy Limited using the form below. This is a great opportunity if you missed out on the initial share offering, or you would like to increase your existing shareholding.
You can make purchases of between £100 (minimum) and £20,000 (maximum) and payment will be taken by credit/debit card as part of the application form. Please note, the maximum number of shares any member can hold from ALL SHARE OFFERS, past, current, or in the future, is 20,000.
Please get a copy of the Phase II Share Prospectus so you understand how community shares work and get an overview of our updated plans for The Ivy (we will also send you a copy of the original share prospectus). We recommend that if you want more in-depth information you can also obtain the full Business Plan.
IMPORTANT: Shares purchased in this Phase II share scheme are NOT eligible for EIS or SEIS tax benefits; those schemes were exclusive to the original share offering.
If you haven’t already done so, we recommend that you request a copy of the Phase II Share Prospectus. This provides more details of Community Shares.
