Purchase Community Shares
Our share scheme officially launched on 22 September and you can apply for Community Shares in Friends of The Ivy Limited using the form below.
Purchases of between £100 (minimum) and £999 will be taken by credit/debit card as part of the application form. For purchases of £1,000 to £20,000 (maximum allowed) payment is to be made by bank transfer (to minimise card transaction fees) and a member of the committee will call you to arrange this.
Please get a copy of the Share Prospectus so you understand how community shares work, understand the tax incentive schemes and get an overview of our plans for The Ivy. If you want more in-depth information you can also obtain the full Business Plan.
We are also holding four launch meetings in Heddington Village Hall, two on Tuesday 16 September and two on Saturday 20 September. These are your opportunity to have the share process and plans for The Ivy explained to you in detail and for you to ask any questions you may have. Spaces are limited, so please book a date now to ensure you are able to attend on your preferred date.
If you haven’t already done so, we recommend that you request a copy of the Share Prospectus. This provides more details of Community Shares.
